AEW puts a lot of effort into making every episode of Dynamite exciting, and the January 15 edition will be no different. After all, its the Maximum Carnage episode and it has a packed lineup that fans definitely wont want to miss.
Trios Match: Private Party & Mark Briscoe vs. The Hurt Syndicate
Private Party and Mark Briscoe will be in for a major fight as they will be taking on The Hurt Syndicate in a trios match. The match was confirmed on the January 11 episode of Collision after a heated confrontation between the two factions, so well have to wait and see who will come out on top when all is said and done.
Womens Casino Gauntlet Match
The winner of the first-ever Womens Casino Gauntlet match will secure a shot at the AEW Womens World Championship at Grand Slam in Australia next month. Kris Statlander enters at the top spot and there will be other competitors like Willow Nightingale, Toni Storm and more, so it remains to be seen who will prevail and earn a shot at Mariah Mays AEW Womens Championship.
Brian Cage vs. Kenny Omega
In what promises to be an epic match, Kenny Omega returns to singles action against Brian Cage on Dynamite this week. The Machine has been vocal about this being his dream match as he wants to show the world what hes made of. Omega is also coming off an instant classic match with Gabe Kidd at Wrestle Dynasty, so fans are excited to see who will win the match in the end.
AEW World Championship: Jon Moxley (c) vs. Powerhouse Hobbs
The main event will feature Jon Moxley defending his AEW World Championship against Powerhouse Hobbs. Hobbs has been dominant since getting his shot at Moxleys title, so well have to see whether the young AEW star can pull off the upset and beat The Purveyor of Violence to become the new AEW World Champion.
Other Matches and Segments
Christian Cage will finally face off against HOOK, in a feud that has been building for quite a few weeks now. HOOK is more than determined to beat the leader of the Patriarchy once and for all, so fans can expect some solid action in the match.
In a big segment, Ricochet will make an appearance on the show and will address the AEW fans during the show. Considering the fact he is a legitimate heel now, fans are looking forward to hearing what he will have to say.
