Coco, after beating Burrage, spoke at the on-court interview about her approaching 21st birthday.
"I'm turning 21 in less than 2 months. Are we having the party? Um, I don't know! I'm not a big party person. Maybe have a drink with my parents? I don't know. I was legal everywhere except the United States.
So I don't think it's going to change much because I travel a lot. I know my friends want me to party in Miami and do something crazy. But I'm an athlete. So that's my excitement," she explained.

Novak Djokovic lost a set to the Portuguese Jaime Faria, after the one conceded to Basavareddy in the first round, but won in four sets and is in the third round of the Australian Open, with the final score of 6-1 6-7 6-3 6-2. The Serbian champion will now play Tomas Machac who eliminated Reilly Opelka 6-3 6-7 7-6 6-7 6-4.
