McKenzie Mitchell, known for her role as a host on WWEs media platforms and NXT, announced on December 1, 2023, that she had been released from the company. She has kept herself busy with other projects and companies since then but has now addressed returning to WWE again.
In an interview with XeniaDidThat, McKenzie Mitchell revealed her interest in returning to WWE in the future. She reflected on her time with the company, mentioning that she hadnt achieved certain milestones, like experiencing WrestleMania, the Royal Rumble, or working on major shows like Raw and SmackDown. Mitchell expressed a desire to return if the opportunity arises, wanting to accomplish those goals.
Since her WWE exit, she has made a return to the wrestling world, serving as the backstage correspondent for Maple Leaf Pro Wrestlings Forged in Excellence event in October 2024.
Even Shawn Michaelswas caught off guard by Mitchells release. Only time will tell whether McKenzie Mitchell will be able to make her way back to WWE somewhere down the line, as fans feel she more than deserves to return now.
