AEWs January 15 episode of Dynamite carried on some of the key stories that the company has to offer. When it was announced that Ricochet would speak, many fans had a feeling how things would go for the One And Only.
Ricochet has been getting a lot of heat from AEW fans in recent memory. They have taken a liking to heaving toilet paper at the former WWE Superstar, and hes enjoying that negative attention for all its worth. He still has a bone to pick with Swerve Strickland.
This week on AEW Dynamite, Ricochet had a chance to speak and get some more heat from those AEW fans. He came out during the second segment of the show, right after Kenny Omegas in-ring return.
Ricochet stood in the ring, and he took in some Swerves House chants, and he didnt seem happy at all. The One And Only still had scissors in his jacket pocket, presumably the same ones he stabbed Swereve Strickland in the head with.
After pacing around for a bit, looking rather upset, Ricochet finally spoke. Then he introduced a photo on the screen of himself holding up a bloody Strickland. That is when Swerve Stricklands music hit, and then Prince Nana slid into the ring, and he whacked Ricochet with a chair from behind.
Swerve Strickland entered after that, and he carried a chain with him. That is when Ricochet got up and bolted from the ring. Swerve stalked Ricochet on as the former WWE Speed Champion headed out through the crowd, and he exited out of the building through the snow onto the streets of Cincinnati, Ohio.
