AEW is making its Australian debut with AEW Grand Slam: Australia, but dont expect it to be a pay-per-view. Instead, Tony Khans promotion is turning the event into a televised special, airing on TNT and streaming for free on MAX at 8 PM EST on Saturday, February 15. The show will replace that weeks edition of AEW Collision.

The event, which kicks off at 5:30 PM local time inside the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, will air on tape delay in the U.S. at 2:30 AM Eastern Time. AEW originally booked Suncorp Stadium for the event but moved it in November 2024. While AEW never publicly addressed the switch, reports suggest that underwhelming ticket sales led to the change.

Toni Storm is officially heading home for the event after winning the Casino Gauntlet Match on AEW Dynamite: Maximum Carnage. Shell face AEW Womens World Champion Mariah May in a rematch from All In: London 2024, adding even more heat to their growing rivalry.

AEW isnt the only show in town that night. WWE NXT will run Vengeance Day at the Entertainment & Sports Arena in Washington, D.C., setting up a rare Saturday night showdown between WWE and AEW. The two companies will collide again later in the year when AEW All In: Texas, the companys first U.S. stadium event, goes head-to-head with WWEs Saturday Nights Main Event on July 12.

With AEW Grand Slam: Australia shaping up to be a massive night for the promotion, fans will have to see if AEW can make an impact in a brand-new market.
