Former WWE Superstar Odyssey Jones has broken his silence after serious allegations of physical abuse from his ex-partner surfaced.
The accusations, tied to an incident in May 2024, claim that Jones became enraged over text messages, allegedly throwing objects and physically slamming his ex to the ground. She also provided photos of bruises, which she says were from the altercation.
Jones, however, is not staying quiet. Taking to Twitter, he issued a firm denial of the accusations, writing, These are the claims Im facing they are false and as said prior I will be taking legal action against said party. More information will come during our court hearings.
His ex-partner also alleged that further abusive behavior took place during a Caribbean cruise, where she claims Jones physically restrained her, caused bruises and a concussion, and even threw her phone into the sea. Jones has refuted these claims, insisting he filed a report with the Maitland Police Department, though the department reportedly has no record of it.
The situation took another turn when his ex-partner claimed WWE was aware of the accusations and investigated the matter before ultimately releasing Jones in September 2024. She thanked WWE for taking the claims seriously.
With Jones standing firm in his denial and promising legal action, the case remains under review by the Orange County State Attorneys Office. No formal charges have been filed at this time, but with both sides digging in, this is far from over.
