John Cena is a very busy man at any given moment, whether its due to his WWE commitments or Hollywood for that matter. Being such a big name in Hollywood, it comes as no surprise he now wants to act alongside CM Punk in an action-comedy movie in the future.
While speaking to Collider, John Cena was asked which WWE superstar he would like to team up with. The Leader of Cenation quickly chose CM Punk as Cena thinks their different personalities and styles would create a fun dynamic that fans would enjoy. He compared it to the classic mix of two opposing styles in action-comedies, saying he believes people would like seeing him and CM Punk together on screen.
CM Punk had previously made it clear he wanted to team up with John Cena as part of his retirement tour or even have a rematch with The Leader of Cenation in the future, something that definitely excites fans in a big way.
Cena and Punk are two of the biggest stars in WWE history, so the idea of seeing them on screen together is something many fans would be excited about, especially since theyve had a long rivalry in the ring. For now, well just have to wait and see if that ever becomes a reality.
