With the news that broke on Jan. 16 of a WWE/TNA partnership set in a multi-year deal, everyone is predicting and fantasy booking what may happen as the two companies share talent.
Former three-time TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace has manifested a big style TNA match to take place at WrestleMania. This match is Ultimate X which has been a staple for TNA in its mens X Division before welcoming the Knockouts to it in 2022. There have been two matches involving the women, the first which involved Grace. The winners have been Tasha Steelz in 2022 and Gisele Shaw in 2024.
For those unsure of what an Ultimate X match entails
Two cables are connected to metal structures rising from the four corners of the ring, cross 15 feet above the middle of the ring creating an X. Similar to aladder match, an object (usually achampionship beltor a large red X) is suspended from where the cables cross. The winner is the first person to take possession of the object and fall to the mat below. If going for the red X it means you are a number one contender.
