The January 17 episode of WWE SmackDown was a big show, and it kicked off with a great showing for the WWE Womens Tag Team Champions. However, we now know when Bianca Belair and Naomi will defend their titles next.
During the January 14 episode of NXT, Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson of Meta 4 were able to pull down the #1 contender spot for the WWE Womens Tag Team Titles. They wont have to wait very long to get that opportunity.
After Naomi and Bianca Belair were able to beat Candice LeRae and Nia Jax during this weeks SmackDown, they announced when the champions will put their titles on the line next. The two will defend against Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson during NXTs January 28 episode.
That January 28 episode will be a special one for NXT, because it will see them leave the NXT Arena once again. That night will go down in Atlanta, and now they have a big title match on the card.
We will have to see when Jade Cargill makes her return to mix things up. In the meantime, Bianca Belair and Naomi have their hands full with Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson. Only time will tell how that goes down.
