After the Warriors played the Wizards earlier this week, old wounds got dragged up, but Draymond Green would really like everyone to move on.

Golden State came away with the win and after the game Jordan Poole spoke about his old teammates.

I love those guys over there, Poole said, before adding, I love most of those guys over there.

This was obviously in reference to Draymond Green, who punched Poole, ruined his season and got him traded from the Warriors.

Green saw the comments and responded, I am really sorry on social media.

But on his podcast he had a bit more to say.

Its been three years, lets move on, Green said. That statement was kinda looking for some sympathy. They keep wanting to make me out to be the bad guy, move on, bro. It is what it is. Im sorry, I shouldnt have punched him. But it happened, lets move on.

I even apologized to his parents. His dad popped off on the internet one time and I went back at him because it was just like bro why are you popping off? And I didnt like myself for it because I kind of let him get me off my square a little bit. Ive said what I said about it. I know I was wrong, but you cant call a man the b-word and push him and not get hit either.

I shouldnt have knocked him out like that, Green continued. If anything, I shouldve hemmed him up. Kind of was just a natural reaction.

Despite all the suspensions and interventions by the league, Draymond Green will always be Draymond Green.
