Iga Swiatek offered some high praise for Aryna Sabalenka, saying that the Belarusian tennis star basically doesn't have any weaknesses in her game since she is "solid from every position."

Three years ago, the current world No. 1 started doubting herself and that led to those infamous serving issues, which also impacted her performance and results during the 2022 season.
But since then, a lot has changed as Sabalenka is now a three-time Grand Slam champion and she is also having her second stint at the world No. 1 position.
In an interview for the Australian Open website - ahead of a possible final between the two - Swiatek explained what led to her biggest rival being now a two-time winner at Melbourne Park and close to completing a three-peat.
I feel like she has a complete kind of technique, like pretty smooth. She's just solid from every position on the court, even like volleys and stuff that we don't use, like, that often on singles, the Polish tennis star said.

She has variety, and she can play flat, she can play topspin. Basically I would say that Aryna is, like, kind of a complete player.
Swiatek and Sabalenka to meet in the Australian Open final if they win today
In less than an hour, the top-seeded Belarusian will meet Paula Badosa in the opening semifinal at Melbourne Park.
After that match finishes, the second-seeded Pole will be next on the court to face Madison Keys.
Heading into the semifinal day, Swiatek and Sabalenka are the favorites to win their respective matches.
However, it should be noted that Badosa has probably been playing the tennis of her life over the last couple of months and Keys is also currently on a 10-match winning streak.
If the two top seeds meet on Sunday, that will be their first Grand Slam final battle.
