Rhea Ripley might have walked out of WWE Saturday Nights Main Event with her Womens World Championship, but her battle with Nia Jax left her feeling it.
According to Fightful Select, Ripley had the wind knocked out of her during her match with Jax but was fine afterward. While fans speculated about her condition after she posted an Instagram Story showing off a bruised eye, reports confirm she escaped without any serious injuries.
Ripley has been on a tear since reclaiming the Womens World Championship from Liv Morgan on RAWs Netflix premiere, and Jax was her first roadblock. The two went to war, with Jax throwing everything she had at The Eradicator, but in the end, Ripley sealed the win with a devastating Riptide.
Rhea Ripley took some hits, but shes still standing, still champion, and still ready for whatever comes next.
