Italian tennis legend Paolo Bertolucci thinks world No. 2 Alexander Zverev's statement on Jannik Sinner's game perfectly summed up how dominant the current world No. 1 is right now in men's tennis.

In Sunday's Australian Open final, the second-ranked German didn't manage to even win a set as the top seed claimed a 6-3 7-6 (4) 6-3 win to collect his third Grand Slam title.
For Sinner, it was his third Slam title since the start of 2024 - which means he has won two out of the last five Majors.
After the final at Melbourne Park, Zverev pretty much said that the 23-year-old does everything better than him so basically there wasn't much he could do except hope that the Italian would have a bad day.
Since last summer, the current world No. 1 has won the US Open and the Australian Open - the ATP Finals - the Masters events in Cincinnati and Shanghai.
"There is only one man in charge and the others are moving further and further away. A year later, Djokovic is less dangerous and no new face has appeared behind him," former world No. 12 Bertolucci told Italian media.

"Alexander himself said that Jannik was too strong and that there was nothing to be done. And if the world No. 2, who took three sets to zero, says that, then imagine the other players. The gap is very big."
What exactly Zverev said after losing to Sinner?
After falling one win short of becoming a Grand Slam champion for the third time, the 27-year-old looked extremely crushed and down.
And he didn't hide how he felt about where his game ranks compared to the Italian's.
Today he completely outplayed me. Im serving better than him, but thats it. He does everything else better than me," Zverev said.
"He moves better than me. He hits his forehand better than me. He hits his backhand better than me. He returns better than me. He volleys better than me."
