Ryan Nemeth isnt letting AEW off the hook. Months after a detailed complaint was sent to AEW executives, outlining alleged abuse, harassment, and threats during his time with the company, Nemeth has confirmed that the situation is far from over.

That will probably be going on for as long as things take to go on for. It is by no means resolved in any way at all, but I hope it will be someday. Im very confident that it will be, Nemeth said while speaking to Mark of WrestleMobs.

The September 2023 complaint detailed a timeline of events, primarily focused on conflicts between Nemeth and CM Punk. According to Nemeth, he first raised concerns in April 2023 about being targeted by Punk. By June 21, he claims Punk threatened him in the locker rooman incident Nemeth says was met with sympathy from Tony Schiavone, The Young Bucks, and AEWs legal team, but no action.

Nemeth claims that after speaking up, he wasnt booked for two months, leading to Jon Moxley reaching out to assure him he wasnt alone. When AEW finally booked him on August 12, he arrived at the venue only to be sent homeallegedly at Punks request.

By August 16, Nemeth says he was ordered to cut an on-air promo antagonizing Punk. He also alleges that after the All Out 2023 backstage fight between Punk and Jack Perry, AEWs outside counsel contacted him to discuss his situation. He voiced his frustration, saying he had already been speaking up about Punks behavior for months.

According to Nemeth, AEW later floated a three-year settlement offer in exchange for an NDA. However, his legal counsel was later informed that the offer was no longer on the table. Nemeth also claims that AEW Legal threatened to sue him over his complaint.

With Tony Khan reportedly entertaining the idea of bringing Nemeth back to AEW, Nemeth made one thing clearhe wasnt interested.

Currently signed to TNA Wrestling, Nemeth isnt backing down. Hes demanding policy changes and the financial compensation AEW once offered but later withdrew.

Is AEW handling this situation the right way, or does Nemeths case expose bigger issues within the company? Should he take legal action, or is there another way to settle things? Drop your thoughts in the comments!
