Former AEW Womens World Champion Saraya will have her contract for AEW come to its end this September. Theres no word if Saraya will re-sign with the company or if she will be a free agent. She did confirm this herself with TMZ.
My contract is up with AEW in September, so I dont know. Maybe Ill stay with them, maybe not, I dont know,she said.
On if she would go back to WWE, she said,Yeah, I love WWE. I appreciate everybody there. They made me. They gave me my career and Im appreciative of that. One day, who knows. I love my time in AEW.
Saraya hasnt been in the ring since October. When asked on her return, she stated: I dont know. Im ready to go now. Its just trying the best way to introduce me again. I would love to go against Mercedes. I think its important. She ended my career, in a way. Its wrestling, it happens, but coming back it would be really great to face off with her.
