NO PAYMENT, ENTRY FEE OR PURCHASE REQUIRED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL
RESIDENTS OF THE FORTY- EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES, AND THE
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, THE U.S.
VIRGIN ISLANDS AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES). ENTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST
TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
AS DESCRIBED BELOW, THESE RULES REQUIRE THAT DISPUTES BE RESOLVED ON AN
INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN BY CLASS ACTION AND LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS AND
REMEDIES IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.
GRAND PRIZE WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXES AND CHARGES.
HOW TO ENTER. The WWE & Slim Jim WrestleMania Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes)
begins at 10:00:00 AM (ET) on February 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on March 3,
2025 (the Sweepstakes Period). The promotion is sponsored by World Wrestling Entertainment,
LLC ("Sponsor"). Sponsors clock is the official time keeping device of the Sweepstakes.
There are two methods of entry (each, a Sweepstakes Entry Method):
1) X (Twitter) Method of Entry: You may enter via X (Twitter) by doing each of the following
steps:
- Log-in to or join X (Twitter) at www.twitter.com (tweets must be set to public and joining
X (Twitter) is free).
- Follow the @WWE and @slimjim accounts on Twitter (@WWE and @slimjim accounts
must be followed both at time of entry and at time of prize notification); and
- Tweet a message using the hashtag #SlimJimWrestleManiaSweeps. Tweets with any
image/story that shows your passion for WWE WrestleMania and Slim Jim meat snacks
are encouraged but not required for entry.
2) Sweepstakes Website Method of Entry:
- Enter by visiting the registration page located at wwe.com/slimjimWrestleManiasweeps
and completing the Sweepstakes registration form.
Limit of two (2) entries per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period; one (1) for each
Sweepstakes Entry Method. Entrance into the Sweepstakes through multiple X (Twitter) or email
accounts will disqualify entrant from the Sweepstakes. All entry materials become the property of
the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Each action completed in accordance with
these Official Rules earns the entrant one entry in the Sweepstakes drawing, as noted. For X
(Twitter) Sweepstakes Entry Methods, all terms and conditions of Twitter.com apply, as
applicable.
If you choose to enter via your mobile device, standard data rates may apply. See your wireless
provider for pricing plan details. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder
of the X (Twitter) account or e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account
holder is defined as the natural person assigned an account by the organization responsible for
assigning the applicable X (Twitter) or email account used at the time of entry. The authorized
account holder may be required to provide proof of identity. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the
entry will be deemed ineligible. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic,
programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES. While you are not required to provide any content (including, text,
photos or videos) other than the designated hashtag in connection with X (Twitter) entries, you
are encouraged to post a photo (or video) that shows your passion for WWE WrestleMania and
Slim Jim meat snacks Posting content will not increase your chances of winning. Any content
you submit as part of your Sweepstakes entry via X (Twitter) must comply with the submission
guidelines immediately below (the Submission Guidelines). Any entry that, in Sponsors sole
and absolute discretion, violates these Official Rules or the Submission Guidelines below will be
disqualified and/or will not be eligible to win a prize.
Submissions must comply with the following guidelines to be eligible:
Submissions should not contain physicality; show your character and personality, NOT
your moves.
Submissions may not contain material or depict events that are sexually explicit or
suggestive, or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age
group, profane or pornographic, or depict nudity.
Content may not include actions of a violent nature or overly aggressive physical nature.
Content may not promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of
any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular
political agenda or message.
Content may not defame, misrepresent, or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor,
Conagra Brands, Inc. or other people or companies.
Content may not contain trademarks, logos or trade names owned by others, or advertise
or promote any brand or product of any kind other than Sponsor and Conagra Brands, Inc.
Content may not contain copyrighted materials owned by others without permission.
Content may not contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or
other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission.
Content may not communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images
and/or goodwill to which Sponsor and Conagra Brands, Inc. wishes to associate; and
Content may not depict and may not itself be in violation of any law or otherwise.
Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any content that it believes violates
any of the foregoing requirements or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.
As a condition of entry, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold the Releasees (as defined
below) harmless from and against all claims or liability to a third party that arise out of the content
of any text, photo or video submitted in this Sweepstakes, or the entrants failure to comply with
these Submission Guidelines or the Official Rules.
LICENSE. By submitting an entry, entrant grants to each of Sponsor and Conagra Brands, Inc. a
royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce,
modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display entrants name and likeness and such
entry materials, in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in
any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including, without limitation, for
promotional or marketing purposes, without additional compensation, notification or permission,
unless restricted by law. If necessary, entrant will sign any necessary documentation that may be
required for Sponsor and/or Conagra Brands, Inc. or their respective designees to make use of
the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the entry. Entrant recognizes that nothing herein
shall be interpreted to require Sponsor and/or Conagra Brands, Inc. to exercise any of the rights
granted hereunder.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United
States, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old when they enter the Sweepstakes and who
have a valid US drivers license. Employees, officers and directors of WWE (including WWE
performing talent) and its subsidiaries, affiliates (i.e., entities controlling, controlled by or under
common control with, WWE), Conagra Brands, Inc. , their promotion and advertising agencies,
and anyone involved the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family
members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and
members of the households of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. By taking
part in this Sweepstakes participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. WWE reserves
the right to permanently disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally
violated these, Rules. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. VOID WHERE
PROHIBITED.
DRAWING. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries
received. The random drawing shall take place on or about March 5, 2025 by Sponsor or its
designee, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes and not
subject to appeal. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by direct message on
Twitter or email, as applicable based on method of winning entry, within approximately one (1)
business day after being selected. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to claim his or
her prize within two (2) days of the time the winner notification is sent. To claim the prize, the
potential Grand Prize Winner must respond as directed in the message sent to potential Grand
Prize Winner. Potential Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winners guest may be required to
provide additional information to confirm identity and eligibility and also may be required to
complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity
Release, and any other documentation that Sponsor may require (including, but not limited to,
background check authorization forms if required by Sponsor) and to see to it that Sponsor is in
receipt of such information and documents within two (2) days of being requested to provide the
same. In all cases, Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency and age, and
the potential Grand Prize Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if Sponsor, in its sole
discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory or finds that the results of the background check
(if Sponsor requests said background check) are unsatisfactory. The prize will be forfeited (i) if
selected potential Grand Prize Winner does not timely provide the requisite information, return
the requisite documents, or cannot be reached within two (2) days from initial notification attempt,
(ii) if prize is returned as non-deliverable, and/or (iii) in the event of non-compliance with any of
the requirements of these Official Rules.
GRAND PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize Winner (the Grand Prize Winner) will receive (i) a trip for
two to WrestleMania, including a total of four (4) tickets to WWE WrestleMania (the Event) (two
(2) tickets each night) currently scheduled for Saturday April 19, 2025 and Sunday April 20, 2025,
at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV (the Event City); round-trip economy class air
transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the major commercial airport
near Grand Prize Winners permanent residence and the Event City (as determined by Sponsor in
its sole discretion); three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double
occupancy/hotel designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion); Ringside Photos at WrestleMania;
VIP WWE World Access; Invite to WWEs Partnership Dinner on Friday April 18, 2025; a meet
and greet with minimum three (3) TBD WWE Superstars (the specific WWE Superstars as
selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and subject to Superstars availability); and one (1) year
supply of Slim Jim Giant Original meat sticks, consisting of 24 caddies each containing 24 meat
sticks, for a total of 576 Slim Jim Giant Original meat sticks. The one(1) year supply of Slim Jim
Giant Original meat sticks will be shipped in four (4) separate cases (6 caddies each), with
shipments occurring every three months from May 01, 2025 to April 30, 2026..
Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize package: $10,000 The ARV is determined as
of the date of the printing of these Official Rules. The difference in the value of the prize as stated
herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. GRAND PRIZE WINNER
MUST ACCEPT ALL ASPECTS OF THE PRIZE.
Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must be available to travel to the Event City on the dates
designated by Sponsor. If Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel during this time period, Grand
Prize will be forfeited, and no further or alternative compensation will be provided. In the event
the Grand Prize Winner lives within one hundred fifty (150) miles of the Event City, Sponsor will
provide the Grand Prize Winner and guest (traveling together) with round-trip ground
transportation between the Grand Prize Winners residence and the Event City in lieu of the round-
trip coach air transportation from major commercial airport nearest the Grand Prize Winners
residence. The dollar value difference between the round-trip economy class air transportation
and ground transportation will not be provided to the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is
solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the
prize description herein, including, but not limited to, ground transfers between Grand Prize
Winners residence and airport of departure, ground transportation (not stated herein), in- room
charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies), meals and beverages, gratuities, travel
upgrades, baggage fees, concessions at Event, and personal incidentals. Grand Prize Winner will
be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as
determined in the hotels sole discretion upon hotel check and all in-room charges, telephone
calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals, and any other expenses
charged to the Grand Prize Winners and guests hotel room will be charged to that major valid
credit card or deducted from the deposit provided by Grand Prize Winner. The ARV of the Grand
Prize may vary based on the commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winners permanent
residence, as well as hotel fluctuations at the time of travel. Grand Prize Winner and guest must
travel on dates designated by Sponsor and on the same itinerary. In the event the Grand Prize
Winner and guest cannot travel on dates designated by Sponsor, the Grand Prize Winner will be
disqualified, and the Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing
from among all remaining eligible entries provided sufficient time remains prior to the Event.
Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from the Grand Prize
Winners or guests changes to itinerary or accommodations. Travel is subject to terms and
conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by selected travel providers,
availability and other material restrictions may apply. In the event, for whatever reason, the Event
is cancelled prior to the trip or during Grand Prize Winners trip, that portion of the prize will not
be awarded, and Sponsor will not provide any compensation or substitution for that portion of the prize. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor.
Grand Prize Winner may attend the Event with a guest who is under the age of majority if: (a) the
parent or legal guardian of the guest has executed an Authorization Form, giving consent, a
Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, on such guests behalf and will accompany
the minor guest to the Event; and (b) Sponsor, in its sole discretion, has granted its approval. In
all cases, the Grand Prize Winners guest, or the parent/legal guardian of any guest who is a
minor in his or her state of residence, will be required to sign a Liability and Publicity Release
(except where prohibited by law). Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays,
diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other
transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and
accommodations to passengers, including any results thereof such as changes in services or
accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to
baggage. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued. Open tickets may
not be issued, and stopovers are not permitted. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible
for obtaining their own medical and life insurance and the associated costs. Grand Prize Winner
and guest agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations in connection with the Event.
All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes, registration
and title fees and charges, and insurance are solely Grand Prize Winners responsibility. GRAND
PRIZE WINNER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND
LOCAL TAXES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY SALES AND INCOME TAXES.
Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsor, who
reserves the right to substitute similar prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion.
Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery, not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.
ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official
Rules and decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding on all matters relating to this
Sweepstakes. By entering, participants (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) release
and hold harmless Sponsor, Conagra Brands, Inc., X (Twitter) and each of their respective parent
companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, promotion, advertising and online technology
agencies, prize suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of this
Sweepstakes and each of their respective owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees,
contractors and agents (the Releasees) from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage
of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance,
use, misuse or nonuse of any prize or parts thereof (including, without limitation, activity or travel
related thereto), including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of
any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or
downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. The Releasees do not
make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to
the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a
particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses,
omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority, or if the Sweepstakes cannot
take place or if the Grand Prize cannot be awarded due to acts of war, natural disasters, weather,
acts of terrorism, or if the Event or any aspect of the Grand Prize trip is cancelled for any reason.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in any way it deems necessary or
appropriate and to cancel this Sweepstakes if it deems necessary or appropriate.
INTERNET. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or
electronic means that permits any participant to automatically register and/or enter repeatedly is
prohibited. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any
other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper
conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Sweepstakes for any reason. Should this Sweepstakes be terminated, Sponsor reserves the right
to select the Grand Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries
received as of the action requiring such termination. Releasees assume no responsibility for any
error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications
line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Releasees are
not responsible for lost, late, garbled or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical
malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or
providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor
on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any
website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to
participants or any other persons computer relating to or resulting from participation in this
Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO
DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION
OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD
SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR
OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO
THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
DISPUTES. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL
DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH
THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY,
WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS,
JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS
INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT
IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT
BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS
TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY
OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY
AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.
DATA COLLECTION. All personal information submitted in relation to the Sweepstakes will be
handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, these Official Rules, and the privacy policy
of Sponsor which may be found at www.wwe.com/main-help/generalfaq/privacypolicy. The
names of the Grand Prize Winner will be made available as provided for below.
LIST OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER. For the name of the Grand Prize Winner, available after April
20, 2025, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: WWE & Slim Jim WrestleMania
Sweepstakes, WWE Sweepstakes Fulfillment, 707 Washington Blvd, Stamford, CT 06902.
Requests must be received by July 1, 2025.
MISCELLANEOUS. Participants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed solely by the laws of
the State of Connecticut. Any claims arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed solely by
Connecticut law and may be brought only in a federal or state court in Connecticut. If any
provisions of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
