Despite many reports, Alexa Bliss did in fact return at the 2025 Royal Rumble. This marked her return from maternity leave which had her out of action for two full years.
She entered in the number 21 spot and was eventually eliminated by Liv Morgan. This was her fourth Royal Rumble match.
Bliss appearance was similar to her last time in the ring and she did have a more maniacal looking Lily doll with her. The doll has a 6 drawn on her eye alluding that Bliss may be joining the Wyatt Sicks. If so, this would put her back with her former tag team partner Nikki Cross. The group recently moved to SmackDown.
