The 2025 Royal Rumble was a huge night in Lucas Oil Stadium. John Cena didnt win the Mens Royal Rumble match, as Jey Uso pulled off the big win. That was not the final time Cena had a chance to make an impression in Indianapolis.
John Cena said that he is going to do whats best for business. That being said, what is best for business is him winning his 17th World Title at WrestleMania 41.
During the press conference after the Royal Rumble, Cena made it clear that he will be in the Elimination Chamber match at the Rogers Centre in Toronto on Saturday, March 1, 2025. Then he admitted that he is about to get on a jet and go film a movie for the next month.
John Cena said that he will give his opponents in the Elimination Chamber match a chance to smear his name, but he will be back. Cena seemed dialed in as he dropped this very clear statement, as he has a 17th World Title reign on his mind.
After making it clear that he will win another World Title, John Cena said that he intends on shaking the hand of whoever is able to beat his record and win 18 World Titles. Then Cena left after giving his planned statement.
