Roxanne Perezs days in NXT are numbered, and it looks like shes heading to the WWE main roster sooner rather than later. The 23-year-old prodigy delivered a standout performance in the 2025 Womens Royal Rumble match, and now reports confirm shes on WWEs radar for a major call-up.
According to Fightful Selects Sean Ross Sapp, WWE has been eyeing Perez for a main roster spot since early January, with sources noting that it was just a matter of time. While theres no official date locked in, her Royal Rumble showing all but cemented that her NXT run is nearing its end.
Perez has already built an impressive resume, holding the NXT Womens Championship twice, winning the NXT Womens Tag Team Titles, and even holding gold in Ring of Honor as the ROH Womens World Champion before signing with WWE.
A WWE main roster source told Fightful that Perez has been ready for the main roster from a performance perspective for a long time. With WrestleMania 41 season in full swing, its only a matter of time before she gets the official call.
Additionally, Shotzi, who has recently been appearing in NXT, is still under a main roster contract and is expected to return to SmackDown or Raw soon.
