Former two-time NXT Womens Champion Roxanne Perez continues to impress many and her performance in the 2025 Womens Royal Rumble.
Entering in at the number three spot and being eliminated last, Perez now holds the record for the longest time in a womens Rumble (1 hour, 7 minutes, 47 seconds). Her time now beats Bayleys, who was the 2024 Royal Rumble winner. Bayley also happens to be her opponent at the upcoming NXT Vengeance Day event as they take on the current champion, Giulia, for the NXT Womens Title.
Fightful Select states that Perez will be called up to the main roster sooner rather than later as they were told this in early January. An explanation that Perez herself pretty much cemented in a post Rumble interview with Byron Saxton.
One WWE main roster source Fightful spoke to said that Roxanne has long been ready for the main roster from a performance perspective.
Lastly, although Shotzi has been in NXT since her injury return, she is on a main roster deal. She will be back on the main roster soon.
