PCO isnt looking to burn any bridgesespecially when it comes to WWE. After smashing the TNA Digital Media Championship with a sledgehammer at The People vs. GCW, the wrestling veteran has been making headlines. But while some speculated his dramatic exit was a message to WWE, PCO is setting the record straight.
Speaking with Fightfuls Sean Ross Sapp, PCO made it clear that his past issues with The Kliqthe infamous backstage group led by Shawn Michaels, Kevin Nash, and Scott Hallare long behind him.
PCO also recalled a time in 2009 when Michaels personally helped him out with creative ideas. Even Shawn, he helped me out in 2009. Laurinaitis wasnt there, I handed [my ideas] to Shawnhe didnt put it in the garbage can. He gave it to Vince back then.
The former ROH World Champion also had nothing but praise for Triple H, reminiscing about when The Game first arrived in WWE.
PCO acknowledged that tensions with Nash and Michaels might have worked against him in the past, but he believes its all water under the bridge now. More importantly, he insists that his belt-smashing moment in TNA had nothing to do with WWE.
Now a free agent after his TNA deal expired, the wrestling world is watching to see where PCO lands next. Could WWE be on the table, or is he heading somewhere else?
Do you think PCO could still make an impact in WWE, or has that ship sailed? Drop your thoughts below!
