According to PWInsider, McIntyre is not backstage at RAW in Cleveland as of this evening. While its unclear whether his absence is storyline-related or personal, its definitely raising eyebrows, especially after all the backstage buzz surrounding his exit from the Royal Rumble.
Over the weekend, reports claimed McIntyre was livid over how his elimination played out, with LA Knights errant movement reportedly throwing off the sequence with Damian Priest. McIntyres frustration boiled over, leading to reports that he stormed out of the arena before the match even ended.
Despite the drama, sources recently told Sportskeedas Chris Featherstone that McIntyres frustration has cooled off and that things between him and WWE are moving forward. But with The Scottish Warrior missing from RAW tonight, fans are wondering if things are really as smooth as they seem.
