Alexa Bliss is officially heading to SmackDown. After speculation about whether shed land on RAW or SmackDown, WWE has now locked in its decision.
Originally, Bliss was supposed to be part of RAW, but internal discussions led to WWE making the switch. PWInsider reports that creative pitches for her on SmackDown gained traction, and now the company is 100% moving forward with that plan.
One of the biggest questions surrounding Bliss return has been whether shell align with The Wyatt Sicks. WWE initially wanted to pair her with the faction, but contract talks delayed her return, forcing plans to be put on hold. Now that shes officially back, theres a real chance WWE revisits the idea.
Bliss Royal Rumble return was kept top secret, with WWE finalizing her deal just hours before the event. Even the wrestlers in the match didnt know she was coming back until she arrived at the arena in Indianapolis. Despite all that secrecy, WWE had been preparing for her return for monthsher merchandise was already in production weeks before the Rumble.
