Wrestlers in AEW and ROH put in a lot of effort to entertain fans, but injuries are always a possibility. Trent Baretta is currently sidelined due to an injury, but he has still been spotted backstage at recent AEW Dynamite shows.
According to Fightful Select, Trent Baretta has been backstage at recent AEW Dynamite events. This comes after Baretta has remained absent from AEW television for several months due to injury.
In the main event of the July 13 AEW Collision, Matt Taven and Mike Bennett of The Undisputed Kingdom defeated Kyle OReilly and Orange Cassidy of The Conglomeration in a non-title match. The match saw several dramatic moments, including Roderick Strongs commentary interruption and Tomohiro Ishiis surprise attack on Kyle OReilly, though neither affected the final result.
Trent Baretta played a key role when he interfered, leading to Orange Cassidy retaliating by hitting his former best friend with a monkey wrench. Following this, Trent was written off AEW television, as the attack left him sidelined.
Fans are hoping for his swift recovery and return, particularly since his feud with Cassidy has heated up after Trent joined the Don Callis Family. Therefore, well have to see when he will return to AEW television as fans clearly miss him.
