WWE fans arent the only ones unhappy with Def Rebels entrance musicmany superstars feel the same way.
After Royal Rumble 2025, fans took to social media to complain that most themes sounded too generic, making it hard to identify wrestlers as they entered the ring. It turns out WWE talent shares those frustrations.
According to Fightful Select, multiple wrestlers have voiced concerns over their current themes, with some even trying to revert to their previous entrance music. The issue? Talent reportedly has little to no creative input when working with Def Rebel, and theres no direct collaboration on the final product.
While some superstars have managed to keep or regain their original themes, others havent been as lucky. In some cases, WWE has attempted to introduce new themes, only for talent to push back hard against the changes. Meanwhile, incoming wrestlers prefer using their own established music rather than adopting a Def Rebel-produced theme.
