WWE is heading to Europe for an eleven-city tour in March, and theyre not coming alone.
Fightful Select reports that WWE has started reaching out to local talent for extra work during the tour, giving European wrestlers a massive opportunity ahead of WrestleMania 41.
With stops in Spain, Germany, Belgium, Italy, the UK, Austria, and the Netherlands, WWE is looking to bring in fresh faces for its upcoming live events. The tour will also feature Raw and SmackDown tapings from various European cities, and with Netflix now serving as WWEs new home, there are discussions about airing Raw live in the afternoon to accommodate international viewers.
CM Punk is already confirmed for multiple dates, including March 22 in Belfast, March 23 in Nottingham, March 29 in Vienna, and March 30 in Amsterdam.
Now, with WWE looking to add European talent into the mix, fans might see some fresh names stepping into the ring before the biggest show of the year.
