Aryna Sabalenka took to X today to show how a Dunlop type of ball looks after 25 minutes of use and it's needless to say that the ball in the picture looks completely worn out.

Hearing ATP or WTA players complain about balls used on the Tours isn't anything new, with many often claiming that the balls quickly get worn out, which makes them heavier and slower, and ultimately causes injuries.

This week, Sabalenka arrived in Doha to play her first tournament since the Australian Open.

On Friday, she seemingly held a practice session and saved one used ball and placed it to a completely new ball to show the difference.

"25min vs new. Crazy difference," the world No. 1 captioned her post.

Sabalenka's post comes after Taylor Fritz slammed the balls used in Australia as 'the deadest ever'

After losing in the Australian Open third round to Gael Monfils, Fritz returned to action in Dallas this week and beat Arthur Rinderknech in his opening match.

Afterward, the American claimed that he sustained an injury in Australia because of what he felt were extremely low quality balls.

"It was my oblique. It was caused because of the balls that were supposed to be the same balls as the ones we were using here and the ones we use in Australia, but they just werent," Fritz said on Tennis Channel.

"They were like the deadest balls ever, so I was throwing my whole body into every single shot I hit.

"I think I maybe slightly tore something, but Ive been rehabbing it the whole time here, just trying to get it good to play tonight. It felt pretty good tonight, so Im happy."

Also this week in Rotterdam, Daniil Medvedev again stated that the balls and courts have become "so slow."

Meanwhile, Sabalenka has a first-round bye in Doha and will play against either Emma Raducanu or Ekaterina Alexandrova.
