Its officialDrew McIntyre is now a member of WWE SmackDown, and he wasted no time making his presence felt. Just hours before tonights show, WWE posted footage of SmackDown GM Nick Aldis formally welcoming McIntyre to the blue brand, sealing the deal with a handshake.
Its good to be here, McIntyre said, before making it clear hes all about business.

Aldis wasted no time delivering that opportunity, confirming that McIntyre will step into the ring tonight against LA Knight and Jimmy Uso in a triple threat match, with a Mens Elimination Chamber spot on the line.
This announcement comes after McIntyres backstage frustrations following the Royal Rumble, where a timing issue reportedly caused his elimination sequence to get thrown off. Now, with his SmackDown move locked in, McIntyre has a clear path to WrestleMania 41but first, hell have to go through LA Knight and Jimmy Uso.
