Kevin Owens Calls Sami Zayn a "Horrible Friend" in Heated Promo Ahead of 2/7 WWE SmackDown

Days after brutally attacking Sami Zayn on WWE Raw following Zayns loss to CM Punk, Owens has made it clear that their friendship is beyond repair. Ahead of SmackDown on February 7, 2025, Owens posted a video message from his car, making one thing clearhe holds Zayn responsible for everything hes been through.

In the intense promo, Owens didnt hold back, listing his injuries and making it clear that Zayns actions, or rather his inaction, are what pushed him to the edge.

Weve been through a lot, me and you, over the years but I dont think weve ever been through anything like what happened on Saturday. The scars. The stitches. These scarsIm always gonna have on my face. And the trauma? You cant see that, but I can feel it. My neck, my spine, the pain Ive been in all week and I still am, still experiencing right now. Its probably never gonna go away completely.

Then, Owens made his point clearhe blames Zayn for everything. Its all your fault. Because Sami, you just stood there and watched while Cody tried to end my career. Worse, I think he was actually trying to end my life in that Rumble. But you? You rushed to the aid of Roman Reigns because someone was beating him up in the corner. But for me? For me you did nothing. Youre a horrible friend. Youre a disgusting human being. Ill never forgive you. Never.

And just when it seemed like he had said enough, Owens sent a chilling warning: But I am gonna make you pay. Youre gonna pay.

With Zayn recovering from the vicious assault on Raw, the tension between these two is boiling over fast. Owens isnt just angryhes consumed by it. If this message is any indication, SmackDown could be explosive when Zayn finally responds.
