WWE SmackDown aired live from the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee, on February 7, as the road to Elimination Chamber 2025 continued. With the Chamber event set for March 1 at Rogers Centre in Toronto, WWE moved forward with key qualifying matches.
This weeks SmackDown featured Drew McIntyre, LA Knight, and Jimmy Uso facing off in a triple threat match as the competition for an Elimination Chamber spot.
This match followed a biting promo from Drew McIntyre, where he called the RAW brand toxic. Jimmy Uso came out next to battle with McIntyre on the microphone. Then LA Knight came out to drag him over reports of his Royal Rumble backstage blow-up.
Once the match started, the three Superstars battled through a commercial break, and things got intense after they returned. Drew McIntyre landed a German Suplex while tied up in the ropes to hit a combo Superplex with the other two competitors. Then LA Knight and Drew McIntyre had a chance to duke it out a bit.
Drew McIntyre went for a Claymore Kick, but Jimmy Uso nailed a Superkick. Then Uce and LA Knight traded moves for a bit. Jimmy found himself on the top rope, where he hit a splash, but Drew pulled the referee to the outside of the ring at the last second. That is when Uce went back up and went for a splash, but LA Knight got the knees up and rolled Jimmy up for a two count.
Suddenly, Drew McIntyre hit a Claymore Kick as LA Knight was going for a BFT. Drew pinned Knight after that and won the match. Now, Drew McIntyre will join John Cena and CM Punk in the Mens Elimination Chamber match.
