Linda Noskova received numerous insulting and disgusting messages following her Abu Dhabi exit and she wanted to show everyone to what kind of abuse a player is exposed to after only losing a tennis match.
Earlier this week, the rising Czech tennis star upset Australian Open semifinalist Paula Badosa and ended up making her first semifinal of the year in Abu Dhabi.
But on Friday, her promising run in the United Arab Emirates came to an end following a 6-7 (2) 4-6 loss to fellow rising star Ashlyn Krueger.
While Noskova definitely had a good run in Abu Dhabi, angry bettors didn't think about her campaign that way after she failed to make the final.
Since pretty all the messages were extremely hateful, we won't list anything specifically.
"Should I make this a tradition," the 20-year-old captioned her Instagram Story, in which she revealed her DM.
Noskova caught some form and rhythm in Abu Dhabi
After winning her season-opener in Brisbane, the 39th-ranked Czech went on to lose her next three matches.
But in Abu Dhabi, she was able to finally get some momentum going and clinch three wins before losing to 20-year-old Krueger.
"It feels amazing. I'm so happy to do it here in Abu Dhabi," the 20-year-old American said after beating the Czech.
"I think just really believing in my game, my coach and I have worked so long recently on a lot of things, but just believing what I'm working on."
Meanwhile, Noskova is now set to participate at the WTA 1000 tournament in Doha.
On Friday, the draw revealed that the 20-year-old would clash against Donna Vekic in the Qatar Open first round.
It will be the first meeting between Noskova and the Paris Olympics silver medalist Vekic.
