Dawn had been signed to WWE since 2018. She started with the company as a member of the NXT UK brand. There, she battled Meiko Satomura for the NXT UK Womens Title.
Once NXT UK closed its doors, Dawn moved to the United States NXT. She debuted feuding eith Alba Fyre who eventually became her tag team partner. Under the name Unholy Union, Dawn and Fyre became NXT Womens Tag Team Champions. Once on the main roster, the duo became WWE Womens Tag Team Champions.
