Alvarez pointed out a recent issue involving Thunder Rosa during the February 19th edition of AEW Dynamite, where she and Megan Bayne had a very awkward run-in. Alvarez stated that it was a mess that could have been avoided if proper planning was in place. Despite these concerns, Tony Khan has refused to hold production meetings, leading to repeated problems on AEW shows.
Big wrestling promotions like WWE have production meetings before TV shows and big events. These meetings help plan the show, make sure matches dont repeat ideas, and fix any gaps in storytelling.
