With SmackDown already going through massive last-minute changes, PWInsider has confirmed that Jimmy Uso vs. Drew McIntyre will officially kick off tonights show.
This revelation comes as WWE reshuffles its lineup following The Rocks return announcement, which led to the scrapping of Naomi vs. Liv Morgan to accommodate The Final Bosss highly anticipated segment. Despite the shake-ups, WWE has added Tiffany Stratton vs. Candice LeRae to ensure the womens division still gets representation.
Tonights show is shaping up to be a big one, with The Rock set to deliver a major announcement, rumored to be the official reveal of WrestleMania 42 heading to New Orleans. With that in mind, heres the confirmed lineup for the February 21 episode of Friday Night SmackDown:
- Jimmy Uso vs. Drew McIntyre (Opening Match)
- Tiffany Stratton vs. Candice LeRae
- WWE Tag Team Championship Match: DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) (c) vs. Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson)
- The Rock to appear
With The Rock in the building and WWE making some major last-minute adjustments, anything can happen on SmackDown.
