While speaking on Daria and Toni Unwrapped, Sonya Deville talked about his WWE departure and revealed that just three days before WWE told her they wouldnt renew her contract, she got her first big movie role since her manager informed her about that fact.
Sonya Deville saw it as a surprising but positive twist and had no hard feelings about leaving WWE. She loved her time there, the people she worked with, and everything she got to do.
While some wrestlers leave and speak badly about the company, she doesnt feel the same way. For her, WWE was an amazing part of her life, ten years of traveling, wrestling, eating, and sleeping. Even then, its time for something new now. With acting as her next step, Deville made it clear she is excited for whats ahead.
Sonya Deville also revealed that she was negotiating a new contract with WWE before they told her they wouldnt renew her contract. Nevertheless, with Deville now focused on Hollywood, her next big challenge is making a name for herself in the film industry. Well have to wait and see if she becomes a big star in the end.
