Genesis Invitational victory is a huge thing for any golfer, and especially for a young talent who is just taking a step on the big stage. Ludvig Aberg managed to celebrate in this tournament, and thus fulfill the expectations of fans, experts and others who believe that he is one of the greatest talents.

Despite the previously disappointing season, it seems that Ludvig entered this year much more furious.
In an interview with Sky Sports, the Swedish golfer talked about the emotions he feels, a bit surprised that he has reached this position.
The 25-year-old admits that a few years ago he did not expect such dizzying successes, even though he believed in himself.
"A couple of years ago, this [success] wasn't really on the frame of my mind," berg said, as quoted by Sky Sports.
"I didn't think I was going to be here this quick.
If you had asked me if I had the abilities to do so, then yeah, probably, but probably not this quick!"
Ludvig Aberg on Tiger Woods
It's a special thing when Tiger Woods comes up to you and congratulates you on your victory, and Aberg experienced exactly that. Although Tiger withdrew from this tournament after the death of his mother, the experienced golfer came to the last round and congratulated the winner.

Aberg will never forget this experience, explaining that maybe the Riviera was a better place to celebrate, but Torrey Pines also evokes positive emotions in him. The young golfer admitted that Tiger is an important figure for him, just like for other young golfers who have yet to take big steps in the world of golf.
"It was really cool. It was unfortunate that we couldn't be at Riviera, as I love Riviera, but I probably love Torrey Pines equally as much. With Tiger and how many times he won at Torrey, probably eight times, it means a lot.
He means so much to me and to our sport, so to hold that trophy next to him was really cool. I have that picture of the two of us saved in my phone and I think I'm going to be looking at that for quite some time!"
