It looks like Elektra Lopez might not be a free agent for long. The former WWE NXT star, who was released in February 2025, was recently spotted backstage at TNA Wrestlings iMPACT tapings on February 21 at Full Sail Universityand now, reports indicate TNA is very interested in signing her.
According to Chris Featherstone of Sportskeedas Backstage Pass, TNA Wrestling is actively in talks with Lopez, and sources say theres a very high interest in bringing her in once her 90-day non-compete clause expires.
While other companies have reportedly shown interest in signing Lopez, it appears shes leaning toward joining TNA. Given the growing relationship between WWE NXT and TNA, her transition to the promotion could make perfect sense.
Lopez originally debuted for WWE in 2018, made another appearance in 2019, and officially signed with the company in 2021, becoming a regular fixture on NXT. Now, just weeks after her release, she could be on her way to a new chapter in TNA.
