Dijak isnt jumping at just any opportunityhe wants to go where hes valued. The former WWE star, now making a name for himself on the independent circuit and MLW, recently spoke about the conditions under which he would sign with AEW or any other major promotion.
Speaking with WhatCulture Wrestling, Dijak made it clear that he isnt ruling out AEW, but hes not going to beg for a contract either. Instead, he wants to work with a company that truly believes in him and sees him the way he sees himself.
Everythings a possibility. Im not gonna lobby hard for anything or say that nothings impossible. Everything is open. I want to go to a place where they want to have me. Thats it, Dijak said.
His experience in WWE left him with a clear lessonif a company doesnt view him as a major player, hes better off somewhere that does.
I learned the hard way, through my time in WWE, that if they dont see you the way that you see yourself, then you need to find a place that does. And thats okay, Im not angry about that. I dont hold that against anyone, he explained.
Dijak emphasized that hes open to working with AEW, TNA, or even WWE againbut only if they recognize what he brings to the table.
Ive made it very clear to them, TNA, to WWE, Im completely open to working with you if you are interested in working with me in the same capacity that I would like to be worked with, he stated.
For now, Dijak is focusing on taking his career to the next level, and hes confident that whichever company gives him the right platform will benefit just as much as he will.
I think that I can take all these companies to the next level, so thats my goal. My goal is to take whatever company wants to utilize my skillset and take them to the next level.
Dijak isnt settling for just any offerhes waiting for the right one. Whether AEW, TNA, or even WWE steps up and gives him the platform he wants remains to be seen. One thing is clear: hes not here to be just another name on the roster.
