DP World Tour, results
Just over halfway up the rankings are Flippo Celli, 41st with 280 (73 69 68 70, -4), who alternates on the two continental circuits, for the fourth time in the money in six total seasonal appearances, and Renato Paratore, 46th with 281 (67 70 77 67, -3), also competing on both fronts, who collected money and points for the Race To Dubai (order of merit) for the second time in the four events in which he took part.
Also in 46th place is Englishman Eddie Pepperell, who perhaps hoped for something better after the hole in one in the opening round (hole 11, par 3, 200 meters, 7 iron). Things went worse for Dutchman Darius Va Driel, who was defending the title and out after 36 holes.
Kruyswijk, whose palmars also includes three successes on the Sunshine Tour, one on the Challenge (now HotelPlanner Tour), one on the Big Easy Tour and six on the IGT Pro Tour, the last two minor circuits of his home, surpassed Parry, who this season won the Mauritius Open, in the third round and then kept him at a distance in the final one with a partial of 67 (-4, four birdies, no bogeys). Thanks to the exploit he received a check for 425,000 dollars on a prize pool of 2,500,000 dollars.
