WWE held the February 24 episode of RAW at the Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. This was the final episode before Elimination Chamber, with several moments leading into the event. The company continued its ongoing storylines, keeping fans engaged with what was coming next.
Logan Paul, Damian Priest, CM Punk, John Cena, Drew McIntyre, and Seth Rollins are in the Elimination Chamber match. This weeks RAW opened up with Logan Paul receiving a mixed reaction from the Ohio crowd.
The Maverick said that he wanted to turn around and go home when he saw how dreary Cincinnati is. This didnt receive the best reaction. Paul then said he will defeat three doorknobs and John Cena at Elimination Chamber. Then CM Punks music hit.
Fans chanted big time for CM Punk as he started his promo against Logan Paul. Then Punk got down to business to speak on the Elimination Chamber. He said that Paul does and says ignorant things for the reaction and the shock of things. He also said that the fans deserve better.
After Logan Paul mocked CM Punk for injuring his tricep last year, he said that its only a matter of time before fans are chanting his name. Fans werent ready to chant for Logan Paul yet, as they cheered for CM Punk even more. Then Punk said that Paul is barely a flash in the pan, and he wont be around WWE long enough for fans to know who he is.
CM Punk then made a promise to eliminate Logan Paul at the chamber match, and he will go onto WrestleMania to leave Las Vegas as World Champion. Punk then said that he doesnt care if Cody Rhodes has to sell his soul to beat him, because Punk said he is Satan himself, and Logan Paul is nobody.
Then Logan Paul waited for a second before he open hand slapped CM Punk and rolled out of the ring. This left Punk fuming and Paul mocking him from the entrance ramp. Punk told him to run while his legs still work, because he cant run at Elimination Chamber.
