Ricky Saints quickly became part of NXT after debuting on the February 11 episode following his AEW exit. He has already made an impact with his appearance, and it appears that he reunited with CM Punk before this weeks NXT episode.
The Second City Saint took to his Instagram story and uploaded a photo of himself alongside Ricky Saints, as they reunited ahead of the February 25th edition of NXT. Punk and Saints were clearly happy together as Punk referenced how they are both technically called saints, saying, Couple of Saints.
Ricky Saints and CM Punk have a lot of history together as they worked during their time in AEW, where Punk and Saints had a solid feud on AEW Collision back in 2023. They have always remained close even after Punk was fired by AEW as well.
As for Ricky Saints, he will be teaming up with JeVon Evans to square off against Ethan Page and Wes Lee in tag team action during the February 25th edition of NXT. It is definitely clear Punk will be closely observing how Saints will fare in his WWE in-ring debut as well.
With a strong start in NXT and a connection to CM Punk, Ricky Starks could have big opportunities in WWE. Therefore, we will have to wait and see if he finds success in the company in the coming months.
