WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch has dealt with serious legal troubles, including a DUI manslaughter case that changed her life. With that said, it appears that a settlement has been reached in the civil lawsuit related to the case.

As previously reported, a lawsuit filed by the estate of Julian Lasseter, who tragically lost his life in a March 2022 traffic incident involving Tammy Sunny Sytch,was scheduled to go to trial on October 7that The Circuit Court of the Sevenths Judicial Circuit in Volusia County, Florida.

The lawsuit seeks damages in excess of $30,000, alleging that Sytch was intoxicated while driving southbound on N. Yonge Street in Ormond Beach, Florida, when she negligently collided with the rear end of Lasseters vehicle near W. Granada Boulevard. This collision allegedly caused severe injuries leading to Lasseters death the same day.

The legal action also claims that Sytchs negligence resulted in significant medical and funeral expenses for the Lasseter family. Furthermore, it asserts that Lasseters adult daughter has suffered and continues to suffer from the loss of her fathers companionship, guidance, and mental anguish due to his death.

According to PWInsider, a settlement has been reached in the lawsuit filed by the estate of Julian Lasseter, who died in the March 2022 car accident involving Sytch, her former fianc James Pente, and Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC. The trial, which was set to begin on March 25, has been canceled by Judge Mary G. Jolley. The case will officially be closed within 30 days once all settlement documents are filed.

On the other hand, Sytch is currently set to be released from the Florida Department of Corrections on 9/23/39, following her sentencing on 11/28/23to 17 years in prison, along with 8 years of probation. She was transferred from Volusia County Corrections to a prison facility in Ocala, Florida.

This settlement ends the civil case, but the tragedys impact on the Lasseter family remains. As Sytch serves her sentence, her wrestling legacy continues to be overshadowed by her legal issues.
