Former WWE Superstar Jazz was a major star in the womens division during the early to mid-2000s. While she hasnt wrestled in WWE for a long time, she recently appeared in TNA Wrestling. In fact, it appears that she is also working behind the scenes for the company.
Jazz recently wrestled her first match in over three years in TNA, competing on the February 6 episode of TNA iMPACT in a Knockouts No. 1 Contender Battle Royal. However, shes also taking on a backstage role in the company.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported that the former WWE Womens Champion has been working as an agent at recent TNA tapings. She contributed at the latest set of iMPACT tapings at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. Over the weekend, Gail Kim mentioned spending time with Jazz, but its unclear if Jazz plans to wrestle again in the future.
Jazz knows a lot about wrestling, which makes her a great addition to TNAs team. As TNA Wrestling works to improve its womens division, having someone like Jazz to help and guide younger wrestlers could be very important. Whether she stays behind the scenes or wrestles again, her presence in TNA is exciting for fans in a big way.
