WWE is making big moves with its WWE ID program, and now a two-time Hall of Famer is officially on board to help shape the future of the industry.

Sean Waltman, better known as X-Pac, revealed on the No-Contest Wrestling podcast that hes taken on a coaching role, guiding the next generation of independent talent.

Unlike traditional in-person coaching, Waltman is keeping things modernbreaking down matches over Zoom and offering real-time feedback.

I coach those kids over Zoom. They send me the matches. Well play the match, then Ill push pause, Hey, what the f** was that? or Hey, that was good. Help them refine things.*

The WWE ID program was recently introduced as a developmental pipeline for independent wrestlers, giving them a structured path into the company. Triple H has already revealed that mens and womens WWE ID Championships are on the way, with the first champions set to be crowned in a tournament across WWEs partner promotions.

On top of that, WWE is expanding even further with WWE Evolve, a new series that will feature talent from WWE ID and NXT, streaming on Tubi in the U.S. and YouTube internationally. The show will also have its own championship, adding another layer of competition for rising stars.

With Waltman helping prospects sharpen their skills, a brand-new title scene forming, and WWE Evolve providing even more opportunities, its clear the company is all-in on scouting and developing the next wave of superstars.

What do you think of WWEs approach with the WWE ID program? Do you see it as a game-changer for independent talent, or is it just another developmental system? Drop your thoughts below!
