Elina Svitolina didn't say much but it was clear that she had a hard time listening to the debate that took place between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy & United States President Donald Trump and United States Vice President JD Vance.

On Friday, US President Trump hosted the Ukrainian President in the Oval Office.
At one moment, Zelenskyy got into it with Vance, which prompted the US Vice President to bluntly state that his guest wasn't acting in a respectful or grateful manner.
"Have you said 'thank you' once in the entire meeting? In the entire meeting, have you said 'thank you?' Offer some words of appreciation for the United States of America and the president whos trying to save your country," Vance said.
"Do you think that it's respectful to come to the Oval Office of the United States of America and attack the administration that is trying to prevent the destruction of your country?"
At one point, President Trump chimed in, telling Zelenskyy that his attitude could possibly lead to a WW3.

"You don't have the cards right now. With us, you start having cards ... You're gambling with the lives of millions of people! You're gambling with World War III!" the US President said.
Svitolina's reaction to the incident
On her Instagram Story, the 2023 Wimbledon semifinalist posted a bleeding ear emoji - captioned it by writing "mood" - which clearly shows how she felt about the entire situation.
What was expected to be a big day for Ukraine and possibly a big step in starting peace talks that would end the war, it turned into a disaster.

Meanwhile, Svitolina's support for Ukraine over the last three years has been well-documented.
Since 2022 February, the WTA star has repeatedly tried to draw attention to what is happening in her country, as well as help by gathering funds through charity events.
