Buffalos Keybank Center hosted the March 3 episode of WWE RAW, and it was quite a show. Fans wanted to see the fallout after Elimination Chamber 2025 on the road to WrestleMania 41.
The Womens Intercontinental Championship was on the line as Lyra Valkyria defended her title against Ivy Nile. This was quite a test for the former NXT Womens Champion on RAW.
These two battled to close out the first hour of the show. They wrestled through a commercial break, and Ivy Nile was able to maintain control with her brutal offense early on. Lyra sold for Nile as the heel took her time, stalking her prey.
Lyra Valkyria was able to come back, but Ivy Nile was able to stop the champion in her tracks to deliver a counter off a DDT into a suplex for a two count. Ivy then bent Lyra in half with a submission until she was able to get to the bottom rope.
After taking a ton of abuse, Lyra was able to nail a sick backbreaker while using the top rope. Then she hit Ivy Nile with a Nightwing and won the match. We will have to see what is next for Lyra, but with WrestleMania 41 looming, she will certainly be looking for a big match.
