WWE brought a lot to the table during the March 3 episode of the show. They brought several updates after Elimination Chamber, including addressing the status of Sami Zayn.
Kevin Owens beat Sami Zayn in a big way during Elimination Chamber. It was a brutal match, which included Randy Ortons return, but Zayn did not leave the match unscathed. In fact, we may not see the Underdog from the Underground again for a while.
During WWE RAW this week, Michael Cole provided an update on Sami Zayn. His condition was reaggravated at Elimination Chamber in that attack from Kevin Owens. At this point, the prognosis seems grim.
Michael Cole stated that Sami Zayn is out of action indefinitely. No timeframe for Sami Zayns return to the ring was given at the time, so its possible that he will get a lengthy break.
We will have to see what the future holds for Sami Zayn. He may be out of the running for the road to WrestleMania, but a surprise return to seem revenge on Kevin Owens may also set up an incredible grudge match at the showcase of the immortals.
