MJF is a true student of the game and loves professional wrestling more than anything. That is precisely why it comes as no surprise that he has called out wrestlers from WWE or AEW who claim they do not watch the other companys product.
While speaking toSports Illustrated, MJF calls out wrestlers who dont actively watch and study professional wrestling. He questions whether someone can truly call themselves a student of the game or one of the best in the industry if they arent keeping up with whats happening.
The Salt of the Earth believes that if a WWE star claims they dont watch AEW, they are either lying or they dont care enough about the business to study it. He states that many WWE wrestlers will be watching AEW Revolution because real professional wrestlers and athletes stay informed about their sport. According to MJF, not keeping up with the industry shows a lack of seriousness about the profession and he simply pities such wrestlers.
As for MJFs current plans, he is set to face off against Adam Page at the Revolution pay-per-view this week and its expected to be a solid one. In the meantime, MJF is happy about the fact he chose to re-sign with AEW since he got a massive payday.
