Steph De Lander might be holding TNA gold, but shes not officially locked in with the company.

Despite recently winning the TNA Digital Media Championship in what was called a divorce settlement from her on-screen husband PCO, Fightful Select reports that De Lander is not actually under a TNA contract as of now.

At the end of 2024, word got out that her contract was coming up. Since then, shes been back on TV, but nothing has been signed to make her stay official. On top of that, her in-ring activity has been limitedshes only had one match since late May due to an injury. Whether shes medically cleared to compete again is still unknown.

TNAs history with titleholders who arent under contract has led to some unforgettable moments, usually involving a sledgehammer and a destroyed championship belt. No word yet on if De Lander is planning to follow that tradition, but the situation has fans wondering what her next move will be.
