After her remarks about WWE ghosting her before her release went viral, many fans werent buying her take. Now, shes addressing the backlash head-on.
On the Barely Famous podcast, Carmellareal name Leah Van Daleopened up about how she was blindsided by WWE cutting ties with her after 12 years. She questioned whether it had to do with her being a mother and admitted she felt punished for having a baby. Fans, however, werent convinced, pointing out that superstars like Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch had children and kept their jobs. Many insisted there had to be more to the story.
After the clip started making the rounds, Carmella took to Instagram to set the record straight, urging people to listen to the full episode before jumping to conclusions.

So before you judge, I just want you to know that you have to listen to the entire episode to get context on any of this, she said. The podcast is not a hit piece on WWE at all. I literally just speak my truth and speak about what happened, what went down, and how everything transpired.
